Why Do I Keep Repeating the Same Patterns Even After Healing?

Have you ever thought:

"I've done so much work on myself. Why am I still doing this?"

You've read the books.

You've done the courses.

You've worked with coaches.

Maybe you've done therapy.

Maybe you've had Emotion Code, Body Code or Belief Code sessions.

You understand yourself better than ever.

And yet...

You're still repeating the same patterns.

The same relationship issues.

The same money problems.

The same procrastination.

The same overthinking.

The same self-sabotage.

If that's you, you're not broken.

Understanding isn't always enough

One of the biggest things I've learned through five years of this work is that intellectual understanding and actual change aren't always the same thing.

You can know exactly why you do something.

And still do it.

You can know where a belief came from.

And still believe it.

You can know that you're safe.

And still have a part of you behaving as though you're not.

Why?

Because your patterns developed for a reason.

Usually, they were trying to protect you.

Your patterns may actually be protection

Take procrastination.

We normally call it laziness.

But what if taking action creates the possibility of failure?

And failure feels unsafe?

Or success creates pressure?

Or being visible creates the possibility of judgement?

Suddenly procrastination makes a lot more sense.

Your conscious mind says:

"I need to do this."

Another part of you says:

"Let's avoid this because something bad might happen."

That's not necessarily self-sabotage.

It may be self-protection.

This is where Core Alignment comes in

After years of doing Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code, I wanted to help people go beyond simply identifying and clearing what was coming up.

I wanted to help them understand the pattern underneath it.

That's why I created Core Alignment, a membership program designed to help you build that awareness and learn a process you can use yourself.

The goal isn't for you to need another practitioner every time you experience an emotional reaction.

It's to eventually recognise:

"Oh. I know what's happening here."

And then know what to do with it.

That's the missing piece I wanted to create.

You don't need another person to fix you.

You need to understand yourself.
