Refund policy

We pride ourselves in the quality of our service but if you are unhappy with the quality of our service at any time you can reach out to us for a resolution. 

As we are working with energy, the energy healing modes of The Emotion Code and Body Code can take time to see noticeable differences and it does take multiple sessions sometimes to notice results. We ask that you allow at least 30 days to pass after your last session to allow for changes to occur.

Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@corehealing.com.au.
